Project Overview
Online Brand Builder is a local digital marketing business based in Conway, AR that specializes in helping e-commerce companies grow their presence online, particularly on Amazon, but also on other online platforms. I was tasked with redesigning the overall flow and design of the website to help visitors find answers more quickly and increase the overall professionalism of the website.
My Contributions
We started by having a few consultation calls to figure out exactly what we wanted to do in terms of the website flow. We simplified the information on the website, making it more focused on answering the questions that potential customers would have when visiting the site. We added sections to show information such as the sales process, OBB's features compared to competitors' features, pricing structure, FAQs, and more. We had to move a few pages around and move some content around to make these flows work. We also had to create several new graphic designs and design a few completely new sections. But the end result was a polished presentation of information that aided new customers in finding the answers they needed to start the sales process.
